My most popular flavor! Chocolate Devil's Food cake filled with strawberries mixed with whipped cream, similar to strawberry mousse.

Double Chocolate

Devil's food chocolate cake filled with your choice of fluffy chocolate mousse or rich chocolate ganache

Peanut Butter Cup

Chocolate cake with your choice of a firm melt-in-your mouth peanut butter filling or peanut butter mousse (Cupcakes in this flavor would be filled with mousse)

Strawberries & Cream

French vanilla cake with strawberries baked in and filled with strawberries and whipped cream. Think strawberry shortcake.

Chocolate Orange

A delightful orange cake filled with layers of chocolate mousse or chocolate ganache

Autumn Cheesecake

An aromatic spice cake filled with layers of luscious cheesecake

Rainbow

6 layers of vanilla cake in the colors of the rainbow! Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple. Yes, I can customize this and make other colors, including ombre! A thin filling of buttercream holds it all together.

Maple Morning

Butter golden cake lightly doused with real maple syrup and filled with maple buttercream.

Just Peachy

Peaches baked in a yellow cake that's layered with whipped sour cream icing and peach slices.
