Filled Layer Cakes

Chocolate Covered Strawberry

My most popular flavor! Chocolate Devil's Food cake filled with strawberries mixed with whipped cream, similar to strawberry mousse.

Double Chocolate

Devil's food chocolate cake filled with your choice of fluffy chocolate mousse or rich chocolate ganache

Peanut Butter Cup

Chocolate cake with your choice of a firm melt-in-your mouth peanut butter filling or peanut butter mousse (Cupcakes in this flavor would be filled with mousse)

Strawberries & Cream

French vanilla cake with strawberries baked in and filled with strawberries and whipped cream. Think strawberry shortcake.

Chocolate Orange

A delightful orange cake filled with layers of chocolate mousse or chocolate ganache

Autumn Cheesecake

An aromatic spice cake filled with layers of luscious cheesecake

Butter Caramel

Butter cake layered wth creamy dulce de leche caramel

Chocolate Salted Caramel

Chocolate Devil's Food cake layered with creamy dulce de leche caramel and sea salt

Caramel Apple

Real apples baked into a butter cake that's layered with creamy dulce de leche caramel filling

Cookies & Cream

Oreo pieces floating in a french vanilla cake filled with whipped cream riddled with crushed Oreos (This filling doesn't lend itself well to filling cupcakes)

Your choice of spice cake or gingerbread with cinnamon swirl cream cheese icing

Strawberries baked in a French vanilla cake that's layered with banana cream pie filling

S'Mores

Rainbow

6 layers of vanilla cake in the colors of the rainbow! Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple. Yes, I can customize this and make other colors, including ombre! A thin filling of buttercream holds it all together.
